The Band Alumni Council is matching gifts to the Band Excellence Fund dollar for dollar up to $100 until $5,000 is exhausted.

Amber Young (’03), proud alumnus of the Pride and a former majorette, challenges all those that share her love of the Pride of the Southland to support any Band gift fund during this year’s Big Orange Give. If the Band reaches 600 gifts by midnight on November 8, she and her husband Bond Jones will add $5,000 to support a scholarship endowment for current band members.
